Return Policy

 

 

At Home Technologies, we value your business and our highly trained staff strives to assist you in making the correct purchase. 

 

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or later decided you did not want or need an item.  For this reason we will take back any unopened product bought within the last 5 business days for an in-store credit – no exceptions.  This in-store credit can be used immediately or another day with a copy of your receipt.

 

Due to the nature of our products, mishandling can easily damage them, and a visual inspection may not reveal the damage.  Therefore, opened products cannot be returned.

 

If you are unsure at the time of purchase whether you are purchasing the right product, please ask for assistance!

 

We are not a test bed for your troubleshooting!  If you open the product, it is yours…no exceptions.   

 

We do not resell opened product as new.

 

This policy is designed to protect you as well as us in your product purchase.  You have the assurance that all sealed product is new and has not been installed in other systems and possibly damaged.

 

Operating systems, opened or not are not returnable.

 

Special orders are not returnable.

 

We have you sign your receipt stating that you understand and agree to these terms.  If you do not agree, do not proceed with your purchase.

 

A copy of this policy is posted in the store, on our web site, and a copy is available upon request.
